This video is targeted for blind users- it contains no visuals, only audio. However, it contains a very thorough description of the RDF Data model, the use of HTTP URIs, and various serialization formats. RDF Schema and inferencing are given some coverage as well. Throughout the video, the history and development of each component is discussed along with the conceptual information. The video also lists an impressive number of resources for "further reading".
