This slide presentation aims to help the user answer the following questions: What are the best practices or creating an RDF vocabulary for modelling data; Where does one find RDF vocabularies for reuse; How can one create an RDF vocabulary; How does one create new classes and properties in RDF; How does one publish an RDF vocabulary? To meet this goal, the process and methodology for developing semantic agreements developed by the ISA Programme of the European Commission is discussed. Prompts for group exercises are included.
