The author attempts to walk the reader through the process of creating what he considers to be a Linked Data site. He assumes that the reader has a basic understanding of the RDF data model, has seen a few triple statements in one of the serializations, knows what SPARQL is for, can read some PHP and HTML code, is not too shy in the Linux (Ubuntu/Debian as far as the examples go) command line, and has Apache and PHP ready to go in the environment.
